Blackened Cajun Chicken Fingers

  • 1 Lb. - Boneless, Skinless Chicken breast meat, cut into 1/2" strips
  • 1 - Twisted Chile Blackened Spiced Cajun Dip
  • 1 - Twisted Chile Blackened Cajun Rub
  • Unsalted Butter or Vegetable Oil

 

Filet or pound chicken to about 1/2" thick. Cut into 1" wide strips.

Sprinkle with Twisted Chile Blackened Cajun Rub on both sides.

Heat up cast iron skillet to get very hot.

Add butter enough to coat the bottom of skillet.

Place chicken in hot butter and cook 5-6 minutes.

Flip and do the same to the other side.

Serve with Twisted Chile Blackened Spiced Cajun Dip.
